Emma Stone, who just picked up a Golden Globes win for her performance in Yorgos Lanthimos’ Poor Things, is parting ways with her Spanish-style house in Los Angeles.

The actress has listed the charm-filled, two-story residence — located in the Comstock Hills area of Westwood — for $3.995 million.

According to the Wall Street Journal, which first broke the news, Stone — who owns a property in Austin, Texas, and an apartment in New York City — had been using the house as a pied-à-terre for when she was in Los Angeles. She previously sold a mid-century house in Malibu last year for around $4.4 million.

Built in 1926, Stone’s newly listed, private and gated Westwood house features vaulted, double-height ceilings in the kitchen and a grassy front yard. The actress recently renovated the four-bedroom, 3,276-square-foot house, and it also includes a new separate guest house that has a living room and kitchen space and a bedroom suite with laundry. The listing notes that the guest structure could be set up as a home office. Public records show that Stone purchased the property in 2019 for $2.3 million.

Listing agent Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty – Beverly Hills Brokerage told the WSJ that Stone had expanded the kitchen and added to the back of the residence while also preserving original details such as a tiled courtyard and the living room’s beamed ceilings. Lavey predicted the house will sell quickly: “The sub-$5 million category in L.A., in in-demand locations, is one of the more brisk markets,” he said.

Stone — who is currently also starring in the Showtime drama The Curse — has completed filming Lanthimos’ next film, Kinds of Kindness, and is expected to reprise her Disney villain character in Cruella 2, which is in development.
