Last year, Tom Brady — newly divorced and retired — rented a luxurious three-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo in the town of Surfside, Florida, located 20 minutes north of Miami Beach.
Now the 4,103-square-foot property, located in the 12-story beachfront Fendi Chateau Residences not far from the famed Surf Club, has come on the market to the tune of $15.9 million.
The corner unit where the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback lived features a primary suite with marble bathrooms, a soaking tub and a private terrace featuring oceanfront views. In the kitchen, there are Gaggenau appliances, wall ovens, a waterfall island with a prep sink and wine chiller and a dedicated, separate breakfast bar. Additionally, the condo, located on the 9th floor and featuring 10-foot ceilings, has an inviting terrace boasting its own outdoor kitchen, allowing for true indoor/outdoor living. Before Brady lived there, it had been listed for a reported $60,000 a month.
“The condo offers a sanctuary of privacy and luxury, boasting unobstructed ocean and skyline views and a highly desirable flow-through layout,” listing agent Mandel Fellig of Compass Florida told People. “With only 58 units, the building ensures an intimate and exclusive living experience.”
At Fendi Chateau, residences have access to amenities include a fitness center, sauna, steam room, private massage room, in-house salon, private restaurant and kid’s club. Late last year, a 6,800-square-foot unit at the tower traded for $27 million.
Brady is expected to make his debut as an NFL broadcast analyst this fall on Fox Sports as part of a multi-year deal announced in 2022.
