Renaissance premiere

Beyoncé brought her Renaissance concert film to the big screen on Saturday night with its Los Angeles premiere, attended by a starry list of guests.

Candy Cane Lane premiere

Eddie Murphy, Tracee Ellis Ross, Jillian Bell, Thaddeus J. Mixson, Ken Marino, Nick Offerman, Robin Thede and Chris Redd attended the Los Angeles premiere of their Amazon Christmas movie on Tuesday.

Family Switch premiere

Director McG, star and producer Jennifer Garner and co-stars Ed Helms, Emma Myers and Brady Noon walked the carpet at the L.A. premiere of their Netflix family comedy on Wednesday.

WIF Honors

Women in Film held its annual WIF Honors event in Los Angeles on Thursday, which celebrated WIF’s 50th anniversary and honored America Ferrera, Celine Song, Eva Longoria, Greta Lee, Linda Yvette Chavez and Yara Shahidi with awards. Presenters included Annie Gonzalez, Jon Hamm and Jane Fonda, with special guest Lily Tomlin.

Origin premiere

Ava DuVernay joined her stars Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor, Jon Bernthal, Niecy Nash-Betts and Finn Wittrock at the New York premiere of their Neon film on Thursday.

Los Angeles Mission annual Thanksgiving event

The Los Angeles Mission continued its annual Thanksgiving tradition of providing hot food and other basic necessities to the men, women and children currently living on Skid Row, with help from some celebrity supporters.

PATH’s annual Thanksgiving dinner service

On Thanksgiving, PATH partnered with Pink Taco for their 9th annual Thanksgiving dinner, inviting an estimated 200 unhoused neighbors to enjoy a holiday meal. Volunteers at the dinner service include Karrueche Tran and L.A. city councilmember Hugo Soto-Martinez.

Hollywood Christmas Parade

This year’s 91^st anniversary of the Hollywood Christmas Parade supporting Marine Toys for Tots took place in the streets of Hollywood on Sunday, where Paula Abdul was honored as the 2023 Humanitarian of the Year and participants included Chris Kattan, Craig Robinson, Jonathan Bennett and Ernie Hudson.
